Questions
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, you cancel Lite, Pro and Team yourself in the Polar customer portal, linked from your billing settings. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Lite, Pro and Team are card payments through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and issues the invoice. Purchase orders and a data processing agreement are Enterprise.
- What is a model key?
- It is the API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity, and on Free, Lite and Team the AI runs on it at your provider's price with no markup from us. Pro runs its AI checks on our keys instead.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From each platform's official API, through the accounts you connected. No scraping, and no invented platform numbers; derived metrics are labeled as derived.
